There are permanent taxi ranks at the airport, train and coach stations. If you need a Taxi service in Leeds, you can call e.g. Amber Taxi (0113 202 2117) or use the Uber app on your phone.
There are many train companies in the UK, and you can buy tickets online on a lot of websites. The easiest to use are Trainline, National rail and Transpennine Express apps.
Tickets in the UK are similar to flight tickets: their prices go up closer to the date of the journey, so book tickets in advance if you can.
